About Me

I am a mother of 4 and a grandmother of 7. I have been an avid practitioner and proponent of natural and alternative health and well-being practices since the mid 70’s. My kids are awesome, grown, have families of their own, and they are great friends of mine. I live on the beach and the bay, have kayaks, Kangoo boots, 2 motorcycles and scooter and I travel at will. I LOVE my work, which is really a calling and play and will continue to do it for the rest of my life. I’ve been a personal coach and spiritual guide since 1991 teaching and guiding people to remember who they really are and how to live happy, healthy, passionate lives they genuinely love.

My Favorite Oil

It’s not actually possible for me to pick one favorite oil. I love and use so many oils in so many ways everyday that to pick one seems kind of nuts! But having said that, I guess I do have two oils that are special to me…Lavender and Roman Chamomile. I always carry both of them in my purse. Frequently, I’ll take one out of my purse, take off the lid and inhale slowly and deeply and enjoy a moment of peace, reverie and heaven. Sometimes I dab a little under my nose so I can keep the peace with me longer. Sometimes I’ll rub some between my eyes and across my forehead. Ahhh, so easy, bliss in a bottle.

First Oil Success

My first experience with essential oils was when my now 32 year old son was 4. He spent a week in the hospital with asthma. It was very stressful! He had weeks of recovery but finally he was well again and we put it all behind us. A year later he started having asthma symptoms again and I said out loud and emphatically, to myself, my son, the universe “OH NO YOU DON’T!” We are NOT going to do this again!” I immediately started researching natural, alternative remedies and practices to get him well and keep him and our whole family well. Fast forward many years, my big family, and much experimenting and experiences later I went through a lot of brands of oils and Young Living is the highest quality and potency of them all. I’m a fan! This is what I use now and there’s no need to look for other oils any longer. My family is practically NEVER sick and my son NEVER went back to the Dr or hospital with asthma related issues. We have learned how to keep our energies high to keep ourselves well and thriving.
