About Me

In April of 2014, I was that mom who spent way too much $$$$$$ at Target. I handed over fistfuls of cash there, Yankee Candles & Bath & Body works for a house full of pretty smelling candles, lotions & plug in air fresheners. I had been desperately searching for something to help my sons with their studies in school. I saw a facebook post that my friend Brittani had shared about essential oils and how they were so helpful to her and her kids. She brought me some samples of her favorites, I tried them on my kids and the results were life changing. Here I am several years later still loving my oils, using them every day. Over the years, I’ve learned that we are overly exposed to chemicals in our environment, and the heavy burden they place on our bodies. No wonder my kids couldn’t hold it together in school! We were all born with autoimmune issues, seasonal pollen woes, sensitivities and aversions to everything including laundry detergents, soaps, fragrance, lotions, etc. …I ditched the toxic stuff and switched to using Young Living’s therapeutic grade essential oils, supplements and other essential oil infused products instead. Since we added these essential oils into our daily routine, I have noticed a huge change in our overall wellness, and I am saving a LOT of money not going to Target every other day. The Young Living Seed To Seal Promise was an important part of my choosing to use this brand of oils. I carry them everywhere, and cannot imagine life without them. As a mom of 3 and a grandma of 3, I’m always looking for healthy affordable ways to deal with anything and everything from creating my own earth friendly spa or non toxic cleaning products, to tackling stinky pets, baseball & hockey boy laundry. Our family needs help soothing tired muscles after work and sports, occasional head tension when life gets loud and stressful, supporting healthy immune systems and overall wellness. My Favorite Oil

My favorite oil right now is Thieves. I put a drop in hot water and make a delicious dessert tea, put a few drops in a smoothie, diffuse it daily, and roll it onto the bottom of my feet every night before bed for immune support.

First Oil Success

My first success with oils was seeing the difference in how my children were doing in school after using Vetiver and Grounding oils. I kicked it up a notch, adding Valor oil to the combo. The result was amazing. The twins went from C’s and D’s to mostly A’s. Another huge victory for me was using M-Grain for frequent inconvenient head tension. It’s an oil I carry with me everywhere.
