About Me

I have used holistic health for over 15 years but have never found anything as pure, potent and effective as Young Living essential oils to keep my family and clients healthy emotionally and physically.

My journey started after my son was born and I was looking on the internet for something I could use at home to help him emotionally, keep him healthy and sleeping at night.

Now our family uses essential oils for everything from non toxic cleaning to health and beauty. Even my super skeptical husband has finally seen the light and now has his own little oil collection to keep himself focused, stress free and keep his airways clear during spring time.

Jag har använt alternativ medicin i över 15 år men aldrig hittat något så effektivt som young Living eteriska oljor. Efter min son föddes letade jag på nätet efter nya naturliga sätt jag kunde hålla honom och oss andra friska. Nu använder jag om min familj eteriska oljor till allt från städning och hälsa till hud vård och väl mående. Till och med min skeptiska man som svor att han aldrig skulle använda oljor till någonting har sin egen samling av oljor som han använder för stress, koncentration, allergier och astma symtom.

My Favorite Oil

If I have to choose one it would have to be Lavender also called the Swiss army knife of oils as it has so many uses.

The list for what we use if for in our home is long but below are a few things. I use it as an eye serum, to get longer eye lashes, to keep my sons itchy skin healthy and to help him sleep and relax 🙂

Svårt men om jag måste välja en så är det lavendel. I vårt hem använder vi den oljan till blöj kräm, min sons eksem, min mans pollen besvär och för att sova bättre på nätterna.

First Oil Success

Thieves is the oil that made me a believer. Our family has stayed healthy for over a year now and yes my son goes to preschool without wearing a bubble suit ha ha 😉

Thieves är den första eteriska oljan vår familj provade och ett helt år har nu passerat utan att någon av oss har blivit sjuka.

Thieves oljan fick sitt namn efter att tjuvar i Frankrike på 15- hundra talet rånade sjuka som hade digerdöden. Tjuvarna blev aldrig smittade och när de fångades erbjöd polisen dem ett mer skonsamt straff om de berättade vad de använt för att inte bli smittade av diger döden. Från den historien har den eteriska oljan Thieves fått sitt namn.
