About Me

My day job is in medical sales, but my passion lies in educating people (and myself) about toxins found in our everyday products and trying to help initiate change in our beauty industry: skincare, personal products, kid’s products, and our make-up. I love the idea of using plants as medicine and the smells of these oils are intoxicating. I continue to learn about how they can be applied to a myriad of daily uses.

My Favorite Oil

I use Thieves oil on a daily basis. Being in a hospital for work, I’m exposed to germs everyday. I use a small spray bottle I whipped up using Thieves oil, witch hazel, and water and use it as a non-toxic antibacterial spray for my hands. It’s 99.6% effective and it smells divine. I also love putting one drop of frankincense and 1 drop of Joy into my night cream. It’s hard to narrow it down to one favorite oil.

First Oil Success

I have had many oil successes, but my first was relieving a sore neck using PanAway and Valor. My friend mixed me up a cream with these oils; they provided instant relief and I didn’t have to take any pain medication.
