About Me

Out here in rural Iowa loving coffee, slinging oils & wellness!! Aaron & I live here on 25 acres, with 3 kids, our dog Charlie & the chickens!! Harvesting firewood, hay, & garden produce, until we find what belongs on our farm next! We’ve recently added goats! I’ve always been drawn to natural solutions first, approaching wellness proactively, (hey reactive care is also what mostly happens! and essential oils are our first go-to, when we need mainstream solutions and remedies, we use them, we educate ourselves first of our options and choose what is best!

I quickly learned that all essential oils were not created equal. A quick end to that rabbit hole and landing on Young Living I knew they were the best for our family. Young Living has been around the longest, and owns & co-ops the farms the plants are grown on, and YOU can visit the farms, you KNOW where your stuff is coming from! Turns out the kids ask for what they need, prefer what is better for their little bodies, and know that they just feel better when they use what supports them feeling their best. Life is definitely hard enough, right? Oils & essential oil infused skin care, & clean makeup, supplements that make life better, a lot easier, while it being good for us, just makes sense! My Favorite Oil

I don’t know to choose an oil anymore than I’d be able to choose a favorite child, haha, but I do know the connection we have to each of them hold a special place in how they have helped our family from wellness to emotional support. But the savior here is Thieves!! When everyone else isn’t feeling so great, we still are, because we use Thieves.

First Oil Success

I’ve always known there are better options and alternatives out there for so many things we try to help ourselves with. Being the friend go-to for finding solutions to common wellness questions that come up, why make my friends reinvent the wheel, if I can help? Turns out in helping one of my kids with finding solutions for an irritated skin area that the previous product we found out wasn’t safe to use on his face …. our first use of lavender and carrier oil helped him feel better. But since that diffuser came in the Premium Starter kit, I diffused Frankincense at night, and after feeling like I’d gotten 8 hours of sleep when I’d only been in bed for 6 hours, I knew every room needed one.
