About Me

Hi There!
I am a visual merchandiser by trade, yoga instructor, yogi, and motorcycle rider/enthusiast. You can usually find me out and about exploring beautiful San Diego doing one of my many favorite hobbies. Nature is my favorite thing, which is part of why I was attracted to oils in the beginning.
I have a soon to be hubby, two Belgian Malinois/German Shepard giant pups, and the OG (Original Grandpa) pitbull named Juice. He likes to rock awesome grandpa sweaters in the winter to keep warm and the pups like to try and eat them.
My oily journey started only a year ago, and I am obsessed! I began to experience them in yoga classes and in conversations with other instructors, but a good friend of mine showed me the light to YL. I love that each oil has so many uses from beauty, health support, healing, cooking, aromatherapy, and cleaning. It’s so lovely to not have to use chemical based products and know that my pups and family are safe from harm.
I hope to spread my oily love and knowledge with you too!

My Favorite Oil

Lavender! It’s purple, it smells amazing, and it is seriously my oil soulmate. I have found so many uses for this oil that it is a staple in my home. My pup, Sasha is a huge fan of this one too. It helps to calm her down when she is overly hyper and sooth her anxious feelings. I can’t deny how wonderful I feel diffusing some after a long day of work too.

First Oil Success

My first oil success was when my male Malinois pup was stung by a bee and his eye swelled up really bad. I grabbed my Lavender and rubbed it on the point where the stinger went in and in no time he was more relaxed, suffering less pain, and the swelling went down!
